L’Œil de Poisson is one of the 11 cultural organizations that make up the Méduse complex. Located between Québec City’s Upper Town and Lower Town, the centre’s galleries, offices, and production workshops are accessible from both Côte d’Abraham and Saint-Vallier East Street.
